PREMIUM CLASSES

Tuition Billing Information

Recurring billing is a requirement of participation in Premium Classes to ensure students can retain their seats in their preferred class and to ensure Chess4Life maintains small class sizes. Monthly tuition occurs on a recurring billing system which is processed monthly starting from the date of your first class. Tuition guarantees four classes each month. On occasion, a weekday may have a fifth week and therefore a fifth class. This fifth class is a bonus class, and no make-up classes or refunds are offered in lieu of a missed 5th class.

All credit card details stored on file are stored using secure Tokenization technology via Stripe. Chess4Life will never store your payment details either physically or electronically using our own servers or computers. If you have any questions about recurring billing or stored payment details please contact us at 425-283-0549 or kids@chess4life.com.

Make-up policy

Make-up classes are provided for Premium Classes with prior notice of a student’s absence and can be scheduled through your online Parent Portal.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel classes, please notify us before your monthly billing date either through the Parent Portal account contact request or by email at Kids@Chess4Life.com and we are happy to assist. Refunds are not offered for missed classes or classes not attended before your renewal date.
