Paul Faraca serves as the Training and Quality Assurance Manager. He is responsible for the ongoing development of Chess4Life’s training programs. Paul’s contributions toward the standardization of the company’s training procedures and policies have resulted in the rapid improvement of overall coach development.
Prior to joining Chess4Life in 2013, Paul was already involved with the improvement of children’s lives. He was actively engaged with the Boys and Girls Club at Bellevue and in the South Puget Sound. Previous to that, Paul managed a sports program for children in South Africa.
Paul holds a B.A. in Recreation from Western Washington University, and a M.B.A. with a concentration in Social Entrepreneurship from Northwest University.
Paul is gratefully married to his wife Kellie. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor activities, a wide variety of sports, and movies.
